NDC respects the right of the consumer in the distance selling process. This applies in particular, but not exclusively, in the context of this website, to customers of NDC Optics who are purchasing products via the e-commerce function of the NDC Optics website.

We will confirm your purchase in writing via email. Under the Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 you are entitled to a cooling off period of 7 days during which you are entitled to cancel your order. In the event that we cannot ship your order within 30 days of order placement, we will contact you to discuss options available.
