MM710 On-Line Gauges and InfraLab At-Line Analyzers

MM710 range of instruments. Available in single or
multi-component configurations, the MM710 makes non-contacting
measurements of moisture, fat or protein. The MM710 is delivered
pre-calibrated for your particular application(s), requiring only
minor adjustments to achieve agreement with your laboratory or

For the Cookie (US), Biscuit (UK) or Cracker processing, the
BG710 is variant of the MM710 with a small
measurement area and a special system which ensures measurement
only of the cookies and not of the conveyor between them. Click

The InfraLab
range of at-line analyzers uses the same NIR measurement technology
as the MM710 but in a self-contained unit in which samples
taken from the line are non-destructively tested in approximately
10 seconds.
