NDC provides two levels of data management capabilities to its customers.  Data Historian II is an entry-level data archiving tool, while ProcessAnalyzer provides wider ranging data archiving and analysis capabilities.

The Data Historian II software tool offers NDC customers the ability to collect and archive critical data from our measurement and control systems.  DH II combines powerful data gathering capability with easy-to-use reporting and exporting tools.  Automatically archive key roll data from up to four process lines in a single database. Simple query tools make retrieval of pertinent data for production or quality analysis a snap.

The ProcessAnalyzer software tool, available via an exclusive partnership with Panther Systems, offers NDC customers more advanced data archiving and analysis capability. ProcessAnalyzer, through its ability to quickly store and retrieve high resolution product and process data from a large historic database, provides managers,engineers and technicians visibility into the cause and effect relationship of production quality issues.

Data Historian II is an easy-to-use data archiving tool.  As seen above, data recalled is viewed in a simple tabular format and ready for export as needed.

ProcessAnalyzer is a diagnostic tool that determines the cause and effect of quality issues in web-based manufacturing processes. ProcessAnalyzer captures data from continuous process variables, scanner quality profiles, discrete lab tests, and production events; and then presents them graphically to assist with the rapid diagnosis of quality issues.
