NDC Laser sensors are designed for continuous on-line thickness
measurements. The sensors are available in different configurations
depending ont he thickness of the product and whether measurement
is to be achieved from one or boths side of the product.
NDC Laser sensors are unaffected by changes in product density
and use a proprietary laser which is unaddected by changes to the
color or reflectivity of the product surface.
NDC Laser sensors have been designed spefically for the harsh
process environment and be mounted in a fixed position or to one of
NDC's Scanning Frames (see "Scanners").
