silicone coat weight, adhesive coat weight, and moisture content.
As an alternative, differential measurement techniques can be
employed using gauges before and after the coating station. These
gauges may be isotopic or X-Ray, and are coordinated using same
spot measurement techniques to provide the most accurate coat
weight available.
A full suite of product control strategies is available to
flatten the coat profile and optimize coat weight and material
usage.
