The MM710e is NDC Infrared Engineering's 8th generation on-line
analyzer for the Foods Industry. It has been developed to
give highly accurate real-time measurements of:
- Moisture
- Fat or Oil
- Protein
in a variety of foods applications. To view these, please click

The MM710e makes a complete measurement every 7.5 milliseconds
which means that on a moving conveyor transporting food
products, optimum measurement resolution is achieved, enabling
the user to use the MM710e measurement output in closed loop
process control.
What's more, the MM710e has been engineered to measure even when
there are changes to the process or ambient conditions such as:
- Ambient lighting
- Relative humidity
- Product temperature
- Product height fluctuation
Each MM710e features "SpeedCal"(tm), a
factory-configured calibration for the specific measurements you
require, to ensure no-compromise performance from the day it is
installed. And to help adjust the MM710e to agree with your
laboratory or primary reference method,
GaugeToolsXLTM software is provided
with each gauge.

The MM710e is a fully Ethernet Enabled System
benefiting from a range of peripeheral devices providing critical

Device Discovery makes creation, alteration and extension of
networked gauging systems fast and convenient
Connectivity to the process is available in all
common formats, both analogue and digital. Available Fieldbus
protocols including:

For products transported in ducting or pneumatic transport
systems, the MM710e can be used in conjunction with a
PowderVision(tm) sampling system.
