NDC Fixed Priced Bundled Support Contracts are available in 4 key formats:

  • Technical Support Contract
  • Annual Support Contract
  • Semi-Annual Support Contract
  • Mission-Critical Full Support Contract

These bundled contracts offer added value through preferential labor and parts rates, as well as guaranteed response time for semi-annual support contracts. They are available for any NDC product, from a standalone sensor to a complex measurement system, as well as for at-line analyzers.
